Notes from the Director, Diane Haug

The setting described in this New York Times article was at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California in October 2023. Participants in the weekend workshop were graduates of the Center for Psychedelic Therapy and Research certificate program. The workshop facilitation team was led by Diane Haug MA, LPCC, a CIIS / CPTR instructor and Director of the Grof Legacy Project, along with other Grof certified colleagues.

Since 2016 the CIIS / CPTR certificate program has offered trainees exposure to the work of Stan Grof, MD. After a necessary Covid-related hiatus, CIIS will be return to making an experience of Grof® Breathwork mandatory for the 2024 / 2025 cohorts.
